Creamed Dried Beef

I’ve eaten this for breakfast more times than I can count on my fingers. It’s a super easy and delicious dish to cook up for breakfast. It’s also something different than the typical eggs, pancakes, or waffles (not that there’s anything wrong with those; I enjoy all of them!)

The fresh chipped beef is what really makes this recipe stand out. You can purchase it from the deli counter at the grocery store (at least in Pennsylvania you can!). You won’t regret getting the fresh dried beef over the canned dried beef. It makes all the difference!

Enjoy! ~ Kelly
